Fallin for ya


INGREDIENTS YA NEED -

  • Bag of spinach

  • Bag of butternut squash cubes

  • 1 green apple

  • Handful of dried cherries

  • Some goat cheese

  • Lemon

  • Protein of choice


HOW TO AIR FRY DA SQUASH -

  • Spray down the air fryer with some olive oil spray

  • Dump the cubes in at 400 for 8-11 mins


TO COMBINE -

  • Start by adding in the spinach

  • Throw in the cherries, the chopped apple, and squash

  • Put in the protein

  • Sprinkle some goat cheese

  • Drizzle with the lemon

  • AND ENJOY
