WHAT YOU NEED -

• 1 cup pumpkin puree OR DEPENDS

• 1/2 cup light cream cheese

• 1/2 cup fat free cool whip NOT FROZEN

• 2 tbsps pumpkin pie spice

HOW TO MAKE

• Add the cream cheese and cool whip into a mixer until well combined

• SLOWLY add the pumpkin in (keep tasting to see when to stop adding)

• Add pumpkin pie spice and mix until combined

• Add into dipping bowl
